1. CLARIS LUZ, SL reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend the sale if situations beyond our control such as fire, floods, storms, landslides, riots, hostilities, unavailability of materials and any other factor succeed beyond the control of CLARIS LUZ, SL, not taking charge of any negative situation that this will cause.
2. CLARIS LUZ, SL reserves the right to change prices and protects from price increases for reasons such as increase in price lists distributors, new taxes or similar situations.
3. CLARIS LUZ, SL undertakes to make an effort to try to show the colors as realistic as possible. Anyway, given the different contrasts of digital reproduction on different browsers the exact color definition can not guaranteed. Please note that the color you see on screen may differ slightly from the ordered product. Returns will not be accepted for this reason.
4. After Sales Service:
4a. After receiving the goods, claims can be done within 24 hours. Send a photograph by e-mail. Without photographs, the claim can not be handled. After that time we are not responsible.
4b. All shipments are made with a fully comprehensive insurance that is valid 24 hours after delivery.
4c. Returns must be in the original packaging and without having been mounted or used. At the time of receipt and after being tested, they will be paid.
4d. For any return that does not have as cause malfunction or error from CLARIS LUZ, SL, freight is the customer’s responsibility. It is essential to be returned in the same condition that delivery has been made, otherwise the item can not be returned. * Any damage will be reset at no cost by the client. In case of not wanting to reset all the costs of collection and delivery will be paid by the customer.
4e. All products in the web have sizes and colors that give an approximation of reality but are not 100% reliable. In specific cases, verify all information with the technical department, because when returns are due to technical reasons, costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4f. To return/cancel all or part of the order once received will be penalized with 10% of the total invoice management concept, and the freight will be billed. It is essential to return items with the original packaging and without having been mounted or used.
5. The merchandise is owned by CLARIS LUZ, SL until full payment has been made.
6. CLARIS LUZ, SL is not responsible for delays that may occur in summer by rest periods in the factories, although you will be informed of this possibility when ordering.
7. Shipping Policy
7a. CLARIS LUZ, SL will be responsible for transportation management and will assume its cost for those orders over 250 €. For less than this amount and as a general rule freight orders will be borne by the customer eventhough we can arrange transportation.
7b. Items in stock: if we have no stock, the maximum waiting period is 90 days from the order confirmation.
7c. Deliveries that can not be effected by access difficulties will be borne by the customer both the outward and return. Customers must notify any detail to facilitate delivery.
7d. Prices do not include installation for items that require it. Tranport service does not include home delivery; it is at street level. The material is delivered fully packed and protected inside the box. If for any reason you order the unpacking of it before your final destination, any damage caused will be out of our responsibility. Delivery times displayed on the website are approximate.
7e. CLARIS LUZ, SL is not responsible for delays caused. Since it is an external service, any claim must be carried directly to the carrier, since at the time of purchase you hire that service outside our competence.
7f. For international shipments, the provided shipping price detailed in the order can be affected by changes outside our management and does not include any tariffs, taxes and/or possible extra charges of entry.
