The architect and designer Rodolfo Dordoni was born in Milan in 1954, where he graduated in architecture in 1979 from the Politecnico of Milan.

He was responsible for years of the artistic direction of Artemide (glass collection), Cappellini (from 1979-1989), FontanaArte (furniture collection), Foscarini (lamps), Minotti (from 1997 to present day) and Roda (since 2006 ); designs for several companies, including: Artemide, Cappellini, Cassina, CeramicaFlaminia, CeramicheMutina, Dada, Dornbracht, Driade, Emu, Ernestomeda, Fiam Italia, Flos, Flou, FontanaArte, Foscarini, Jab, Kettal, knIndustrie, MATTEOGRASSI, Minotti, Molteni & C , Moroso, Olivari, Pamar, Roda, Rossana RB, Salvatori, Sambonet, Serralunga, Techno, TheRugCompany, Venini.

The DordoniArchitetti study, founded in Milan by Rodolfo Dordoni, Luca Zaniboni and AlessandroAcerbi, works in the field of architectural planning and interior design of residential, shopping and exhibition areas, designs private houses, industrial and commercial spaces and oversees the realization of exhibition halls, stands for trade shows, restaurants and hotels.
